By using Nightledger you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Nightledger is

Nightledger is a dream journal. It writes interpretations, symbols and recommendations with the help of AI. These are meant for reflection and enjoyment. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice and they do not predict anything. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.

Your account and your content

You are responsible for your account. Your dreams are yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can work, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong, odd or incomplete; use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around limits or paid features, to reverse engineer it, or to use it to create unlawful content. We may limit or end access if these terms are broken.

Subscriptions

• Nightledger Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial where offered.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may change; we will tell you before a change takes effect where the law or Apple requires it.

Limits and availability

Some features have daily or weekly limits. We work to keep the app available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Features may change.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's interpretations. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are competent, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
